We’re sure you’ve all heard of Vimeo but if you haven’t it’s basically one of the largest online video communities (bar YouTube) where you can watch, comment on and share all kinds of videos. However, lately the founders have been feeling like the website needs a well-deserved makeover. So this week they unveiled their new design to the world. Vimeo stated that they wanted their platform to be more than just a video sharing website so have effectively redesigned their website to become the LinkedIn of filmmakers. While the focus is still very much on story-telling Vimeo want their platform to be a space for filmmakers to connect and create. That’s why new design really focuses on user experience and makes it a lot easier for content creators to navigate through. What do you think of the new Vimeo web design? Tweet us and let us know!
