TLP had outgrown their old website and needed a fresh new look along with new functionality and system integrations. The site needed an IA (Information architecture) and sitemap overhaul that needed to align with a new set of specific use journeys.
What we delivered
3mil delivered a new site with clear user journeys, helping funnel the user to their chosen destination. We added a new accent colour to the brand identity to help distinguish clear call to actions and assist the UX. New and relevant imagery was added and aligned to the content for relevancy.
We integrated a number of software systems including Donorfy – enabling donation payments and CRM collection and Gravity Forms API CRM integration for volunteer applications and referral forms.
